this is the worse company I have ever dealt with. they came out to rectify my freezer and have since broken it worse we now know longer have an ice maker and cant open our freezer door. They took three days to come back to me to say what the problem was after it was supposedly fixed to then try and charge me more money to change another part. When i requested to pay for materials and labour after they installed the part and it was working properly i was told that was not an option

Adam did a fantastic job delivering and installing our new fridge! Getting it in the front door turned out to be impossible but he persevered and got the fridge in thru the back door, even happily removing a light bulb that was in the way. Adam was patient and careful as he worked and made sure everything was done properly. Great service!

Jimmy was a true professional and very helpful in all the aspects, my device was taken out to their facility to get it inspected and fixed. final outcome was amazing. problems fixed and it’s returned in the same shape and it’s working perfectly. i do agree they are costly but worth it. definitely recommend if you want to get your appliances fixed by professionals.

Dan and alex were awesome. They literally repaired one of the cooktop heating element which the previous technician from nexus electrics could not fix ( nexus guy told me to replace entire unit) Initially bought the parts from NWAR but used a technican from nexus ( thought it would be same job with lesser costs) but NWAR Dan and alex did swift and good job with the repair and very experienced. Company also helped with the entire process and cared about my concerns of costing me more than I need to. Ended up getting great and cost efficient service with nationwide appliance repairs. Really experienced technicians at NWAR and definitely worth using their repair services which other companies cannot provide

Would definitely be using their services again and not the other technican from nexus for any appliance repairs, replacements ?
